This is an issue with Windows trailing behind iOS's updates. Apple updates the way iPads/iPhones take pictures, Windows then needs to update to catch up. You can go to the following link to download Microsoft's Update Assistant: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You should run this on computers that have issues displaying images.

We also suggest that you go into your Apple device's Camera Settings and tap on Formats and make a switch from High Efficiency to Most Compatible.
