Account Rep
Marketers or Business Developers. Account Reps have access to Routes, Companies, Contacts, and Jobs.
Administration
Admins are able to do everything Managers can, except add or remove employees and delete jobs.
Lead Technician (formerly Claims Specialist)
Can also be the First Responder, Foreman, or Estimator. Lead Techs work the jobs, and they can also do equipment management.
Manager
Managers have access to everything.
Production Manager
Generally who the Lead Tech reports to. PM's have access to all job functions. No access to HR or Routes.
Technician
Generally the backup for the Lead Tech. Technicians work the jobs. They can add and pull equipment on jobs, but have no access equipment management.
