Before starting the sync you will want to make sure that all jobs that are ready to be sent to Quickbooks have 'Send Job to Quickbooks' checked. You can find this checkbox under the Billing Tab of the job. The same goes for any Purchase Orders you wish to have sent over:

Using the QuickBooks Desktop Auto Sync with iRestore

1.       Open The Job List, there will be a button with a green dollar sign at the top.

2.       The QB Sync Page will be opened. The buttons boxed below are the Start and Stop Timer buttons to run the QuickBooks Auto Sync.

3.       After hitting the Start Timer button, the QB Sync will run once every sixty seconds, starting from sixty seconds after the button has been pressed. You will see a small notification in the window letting you know that the timer is running, which will update with new information as jobs are pushed or errors are received from QuickBooks:
