1. Open the Files app on your iPad and delete the iRestore file there


2. Open FileMakerapp on your iPad, go to My Apps (along the bottom) delete
the iRestore file there


3. From your iPad desktop open iRestore
4. !!! The next step(5) needs to be quickly !!! On iRestore Main
Menu press Open Offline File
5. When you get a pop up window In the bottom left press
Open in Safari

6. You will see a white screen saying "Download
file is being generated and compressed" wait until you get a pop up and
press Download

7. Press the circle with the down arrow at the top of the
screen, if there is a bar underneath the file that means it is still
downloading

8. After file is downloaded press it, press the square with
up arrow in the top right corner and choose "Copy to Filemaker Go 18"

9. If you get a pop up saying no records found press continue, if asked to set up offline file for the first time do so
10. When you see the Offline Menu press Sync (your first
sync may take up to 10 min)
